  I arrived with my baby in her carrier, like I have done many other of my appointments with my first child. Apt was set for 1:15, they had me waiting over 30 minutes, their customer service was mediocre. No one letting you know the status of your apt or why the wait. Huge problem there with overbooking. I decided to leave and find a better place. Save yourself the trouble and do the same. Time is costly nowadays.
