  Dr. Baldock is professional, precise, efficient, and pleasant. His technicians are excellent and calming. The reception/customer service staff is friendly, helpful, and perceptive to client needs. Exceptional actually! Rumor is they are professionally trained in high level customer service and it shows every visit. The facility is spotless and welcoming. There are surprise treats from time to time. Once, after a procedure that required my wife to pick me up, they had flowers for her ! I love this team.
