  I strongly recommend Larry as your trainer (although I've heard the other ones are good too). Larry adjusts my workouts every week to make sure I'm meeting my goals and, more importantly, he is a down- to-earth guy who creates a supportive atmosphere.
  
  The gym itself has everything you need (ellipticals for me!) and the classes are always small enough so you get individualized treatment. I was definitely reluctant at first, mostly because of the money, but there is no question it has been more than worth it!
